Harvard Club of Israel
Call for Mentors!!
Dear Fellow Harvardians and Friends of the Harvard Club of Israel, It is with great urgency that I turn to each and every one of you for support regarding IVN's Emergency Relief Initiative.
The Israel Venture Network is a non-profit organization founded by American and Israeli hi-tech businessmen and executives in order to make a focused and measurable contribution to Israeli society in the economic, social and educational spheres. See www.ivn.org.il
In light of recent events, there is a great need to assist the residents of the affected areas in the north of Israel, so that they may speedily and fully recover from the trauma and rebuild their lives.
The IERI program seeks to match qualified business/finance professionals with small business owners in Tiberias, The Northern Galil and Sderot.
The Harvard community in Israel has agreed to assist IVN in making this program as successful as possible. We invite you to take some time out of your lives and become a mentor. This relationship will be a long term commitment to help business owners overcome the financial crises that has been caused due to the security situation.
The key focal points will be strategic planning, financial cash flow budgeting, business model evaluations, and market analysis.
Mentors will also utilize the IVN Mentor network of specialists in the fields of Legal, Accounting, Insurance, Banking and Gov't relations to assist in extended sector support.
For further information please contact Mark Chess, who as I see it, is the cornerstone of this entire project. MarkC@infinity-vc.com
