The Harvard Club of Washington DC (HCW), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization chartered in 1883, serves the interests of Harvard University, its graduates, and students in the Washington metropolitan area. HCW sponsors social and educational programs for alumni in and around the nation's capital. In addition, HCW works throughout the Washington area to enhance the welfare and reputation of Harvard, raise scholarship funds, and assist the admissions process by interviewing area applicants to Harvard College.
